 • Comprehensive risk assessments covering travel, activities and accommodation

 • Carefully vetted partner schools, hotels and transport providers in China

 • Clear supervision structures and defined lines of responsibility

 • 24/7 bilingual support throughout all programmes

 • Emergency response planning, including coordination with local medical services

 • Pre-departure briefings for teachers, students and parents, covering safety, conduct and expectations

Our safeguarding framework is designed to support UK schools in meeting their responsibilities when organising overseas educational visits, and to ensure that every participant is safe, supported and well-informed throughout their experience.
